It is scary to think that a machine will be able to think on its own and make decisions faster than the human mind. We have all seen the "Terminator" movies and we all do not want that scenario to play itself out. I believe that all technology is not bad however, some technology is increasingly making our world better. I enjoyed reading your observati...Great post Emily! I enjoyed reading your observations. I understand your point regarding Ms. Davis'statement about paper and pencil. I agree that we should have options built in that give students flexibility in how they go about learning and express what they have learned. It is my feeling however that technology only enriches the learning experience. Sticking with just paper and pencil would be like sticking with black and white TV, it just wouldn't make any sense.<br /><br />Your blog is looking very good.
